How to turn Portrait Mode on the N900
Having the ability to switch the N900 to portrait mode brings loads of usability options. I remember when I trialed this unit it was a bit tedious let’s just say to have to open the qwerty keyboard to do things. But with this great tip you’ll be enjoying the benefits in no time. Check it out
1. Update your N900 to the PR 1.1 firmware update
2. Once this update is done, hit Ctrl + Shift + O on the N900’s keyboard and voila the next time you tilt your N900 to portrait mode things will have a new look including the browser as well.
Type Ctrl + Shift + O
