JoikuSpot software client works in Symbian S60v3 devices and S60v5. Device must have Wifi and 3G support. It comes in almost 30 languages. JoikuSpot Premium supports 128 bit WEP encryption with automatic key generator. It also supports Battery Threshold which will shut down the application when battery level is too low.

How to use JoikuSpot?
- After installation, click on the JoikuSpot icon on your phone, the application will start.
- You are prompted ‘Allow sharing your internet connection’ and by selecting ‘yes’ you can turn your device into a WLAN HotSpot.
- Select the internet connection that you want to share over WLAN.
- JoikuSpot is now active and external devices can find it while scanning for open WLAN networks.
- The devices can choose to connect to internet through it.
- Once you have finished browsing, you can use the menu to ‘Stop’ the service. The JoikuSpot access point then disappears from your access point list.
